6pm–12:30am = $100/hr
FULL DAY/NIGHT RATES
7am – 6pm = $500/day
6pm – 12:30am = $600/night
ART SHOW RENTAL RATES
4pm - 12:30am = $600/night + $15 per Artwork
Additional Hours = $45/hr
$75 cleaning fee is required for all events including food and drink.
